Beverage Professional
Spencer & Lynn is looking for an outgoing, courteous sales associate who possesses excellent customer service skills to work in all three of our locations.
We are seeking individuals who are professional, passionate, and enthusiastic. While knowledge of wine, beer, or spirits is of course a bonus, we are more interested in hiring someone who is driven to learn, hardworking, and actively interested in building a rapport with our loyal customer base. Responsibilities and Duties
Welcoming guests, assist with locating items, providing advice and recommendations
Maintaining a positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to operate a cash register
Maintaining orderly appearance throughout the sales floor
Introducing promotions and opportunities to guests
Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts
Comfortable verifying age of guests
On occasion, making deliveries in local area
Qualifications
Retail sales experience
Professional appearance and attitude
Access to reliable transportation
Ability to actively work for extended periods of time
Ability to move boxes <50lbs.
TIPS Certification
Knowledge in beer, wine, spirits a plus
